The south porch is double height, 8′-0″ clear, no mid post. Longest house span D3–D4 20′-7″, a wall beam, not a transfer. Member sizes remain a hold. No 4 × 5 overlay.
No geotechnical report has been received. Isolated footing sizes are indicative only and must be reissued against the soil report.
All member sizes are provisional pending the structural engineer. Column size HOLD: 230 × 450 takeoff AND 230 × 600 on old C-01 — do not pick a fake size. Plinth beam 230 × 300. Longest house span D3–D4 20′-7″ (wall beam on the east dining wall — not a transfer). Porch clear span 8′-0″. No transfer girder. Founding 4′-6″ below NGL is a PLACEHOLDER. No soil SBC.
