Structure and foundation only. Iron by diameter, RMC M25 (quantity, not rupees), AAC 8 inch, 6 inch and 4 inch boundary, cement bricks for the plinth stem. Design intent — not IFC, not a bar-bending schedule, not a contractor quote.
No soil report. Footing sizes are indicative. Do not invent SBC. This takeoff uses 8 inch external AAC (drawings already 200 mm), 6 inch internal (drawings still 100 mm) and 230 × 450 columns (C-01 still says 230 × 600). Member sizes wait for the structural engineer.
Rates as given: cement ₹400 / 50 kg bag, iron ₹55,000 / tonne (average), RCC bricks ₹9.50, AAC 8″ ₹100, AAC 6″ ₹75. The 4″ boundary rate ₹50 / block is assumed pro-rata from the 6″ and 8″ rates (both ≈ ₹12.50 per inch of thickness) — it was not quoted. Structural RCC is RMC; cement inside RMC is not a second buy. No GST, no cartage, no labour, no RMC rupees, no finishes. Not a contractor quote.

Fe 500D TMT named by diameter and tonnes. Ready-mix M25 for every structural member, ordered in 6 m³ mixers — quantity only, rate not quoted. AAC 625 × 250 × 200 mm outside, 625 × 250 × 150 mm inside, 625 × 250 × 100 mm on the 6′-0″ plot boundary (perimeter minus the SW gate). Openings deducted from the GF and FF plans. Solid cement bricks for the plinth stem only. PCC, sand, DPC, shuttering (rental), cover blocks, binding wire, anti-termite. Stair is a dog-leg (straight waist slabs), not curved — takeoff already used four flights for the west well. Kankar, overhead tanks and the south compound stone face are not this sheet.
