Site, ground floor, first floor and roof. Revision E locks the south-west gate, the west parking and the open deck. The compound, the plinth and the AAC walls are the civil work of the house.
The compound is stone-faced on four sides, interrupted only at the south-west gate. Plinth beam 230 × 300, provisional. External walls 200 mm AAC; internal walls 100 mm Zmart AAC with steel mesh. No chasing of AAC. The south compound wall stays on the plot edge — the deck is what opens south and east, not the ground-floor wall.
Print the sheets at A3 landscape, 1:100. E-01 and E-02 supersede D-01 / D-02 only. First floor and roof remain Rev C, with the deck note carried on E-02.
