No trees north. FF east and west balconies project 3′-6″ into the open side yards — west is a cantilever, no posts in parking.
The compound is 4″ AAC × 6′-0″ on the plot perimeter, interrupted only at the south-west gate; the south stone face is a finish. Plinth beam 230 × 300, provisional. External walls 200 mm AAC; internal walls 100 mm Zmart AAC with steel mesh. No chasing of AAC. The south compound wall stays on the plot edge — the deck is what opens south and east, not the ground-floor wall.
