What this is and is not

A client walkthrough model in real-time Three.js — not an Enscape or D5 engine render. Glass is transparent, teak reads as wood, and late-afternoon light from the south-west designs the arrival. The coordination and massing model remains 07-3d-model.html.

Pantry on the north-east is a dry store with an east service door left slightly ajar. The porch is single-height; the first-floor sit-out balcony sits on that soffit, now extended about 3 ft south. The south-east first-floor deck is open to the south (glass balustrade) and to the east (3 ft dwarf wall + glass to 3 ft 6 in, with a planter trough). West parking is a raised granite terrace 1'-6" below the porch, open to the sky — roof later, after approval. A straight 12' drive from the SW gate; meters niche tight to the west compound, out of the aisle. North bedrooms 2 and 3 open onto the north balcony with full-height security glass; a continuous planter trough sits on the outer edge. FF living east glass has vertical teak sun fins. FF utility beside the master bath is a wet-room shell — toggle Steam (future) for a ghosted bench layout, default off. Arrival shows a thin brass 208B inlay on the west pier. One lotus in the atrium court. A copper rain chain drops from the porch soffit to a stone basin at the south rill.
